Every B2B transaction will need to follow the new rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Germany \u2013 Phased Rollout in 2025 and 2027<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Germany will implement changes in two steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From <strong>1 January 2025<\/strong> \u2013 all companies must <strong>receive e-invoices<\/strong> in the UBL\/XML format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From <strong>1 January 2027<\/strong> \u2013 it will become mandatory to <strong>issue B2B e-invoices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Germany is moving toward full digital invoicing. It was planned to go live in July 2024. But in early 2024, the Ministry of Finance announced a <strong>new launch date: 1 April 2026<\/strong>. The delay is due to technical issues and business feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting in 2026, all VAT-registered companies must use KSeF and issue <strong>real-time XML invoices<\/strong> through the national platform. Although KSeF is a local system, its goals align with ViDA: automation, digitalisation, and standardised invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How can you prepare now?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>eFaktura.nl already creates an XML file for every invoice<\/strong>.
