eFaktura.nl integrates with KSeF

eFaktura.nl has announced full integration with Poland’s National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), enabling Polish businesses to send and receive e-invoices directly within the application. The new functionality addresses the needs of companies operating internationally and adapting to evolving e-invoicing regulations.
KSeF without changing your workflow
With the KSeF integration, eFaktura.nl users can manage e-invoices within their existing processes—without the need for additional tools or system changes.
After a one-time setup:
- invoices are issued in eFaktura.nl
- the system automatically submits them to KSeF
- once processed, a KSeF number and confirmation are returned and visible in the application
Users retain full visibility over invoice statuses and access to all documents in one place.
In the PRO plan, incoming cost invoices from KSeF are also automatically available within the COSTS module.
Activation of the integration is a one-time process that takes just a few minutes and requires connecting the account to KSeF using a certificate.
One tool for international operations
eFaktura.nl is currently the only solution that combines KSeF integration with the Peppol network, enabling businesses to manage both domestic and international invoicing within a single system.
This is particularly relevant for companies operating across borders—especially in the Benelux countries, Germany, France, and Poland—where different e-invoicing standards apply.
