MKB Brandstof for eFaktura.nl Users

If you run a business and are constantly on the road, you know the scenario well: fuel, car wash, and parking receipts — taking photos, uploading them into the app, describing expenses… and still some documents get lost along the way.

With the MKB Brandstof fuel card, that problem disappears.

How does it work?

1. You order the MKB Brandstof card through a special link available in the eFaktura.nl app.
   
2. Upon activation, you pay a €200 deposit (fully refundable when you stop using the card). You don’t pay the subscription fee for the first 6 months.
   
3. You use one card for fuel, parking, and car washes. Instead of dozens of receipts, you receive one consolidated invoice every 2 weeks.
   
4. After activating Peppol in eFaktura.nl, the invoice from MKB Brandstof is sent:
   – automatically to the COSTS section,
   – automatically to your accountant.

No photos. No scanning. No manual uploads.

How to activate the MKB Brandstof fuel and/or payment card?

Applying for the card takes about 2 minutes.

Start the registration using the eFaktura.nl link available in the main app dashboard and proceed with the application.

Select “Aanvragen met korting” to receive the discount.

To refuel with the card, choose Brandstof/Hybride and continue.

1. Promotion
Subscription €10.95/month = €0.00 (save €66 over six months).

2. Card details
Enter the name and license plate number (or choose the option without a plate number).

3. PIN code
Set a 4-digit PIN — required for every payment. Make sure to remember it. A new PIN is sent by post, which may temporarily block the card.

Important:
The standard card works only in the Netherlands.
The Europe option (+€1.95/month) must be selected during registration — it cannot be changed later.

Fill in the required details and review them before confirming.

Simply enter your company name and the details will automatically populate from the KVK database.

Confirm the address where the card should be delivered.

Confirm your order.
A refundable deposit will be charged automatically from your bank account within a few days after direct debit authorization.

The promotional price applies for the first six months from the date of registration.

Choose your payment method and complete the digital authorization.

After authorization, MKB Brandstof handles the rest: verification, preparation, and card shipment.

Receive the card and start using it

• You will receive the card within a maximum of 3 working days.
• Activate it online in the MKB Brandstof panel (according to the instructions included with the card).

Once activated, the card is ready to use immediately — you can refuel and (if selected) charge your vehicle.
