Support program for non‑profit organizations
October 6, 2025, Amsterdam – eFaktura.nl has launched a new program for registered non‑profit organizations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The initiative allows NGOs to use the invoicing and administration app free of charge. The project was created as part of eFaktura.nl’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and extends one of the company’s core missions: supporting those who support others.
Good tools for a good cause
The new program is designed for foundations, associations, sports and cultural clubs, as well as educational and civic organizations with legal entity status.

With eFaktura.nl, non‑profit organizations can use the following features free of charge:
- issuing invoices and e‑invoices compliant with legal standards
- recording expenses, mileage, and working hours
- accessing financial statistics and reports
- integration with accountants (document sharing)
- using an AI assistant for translations
- an interface available in 9 languages (including Polish, Dutch, and English)
- access via both mobile app and desktop
The program includes the full version of the system, with no functional limits and no time restrictions.
Who can benefit from eFaktura.nl for NGOs?
The program is available to registered non‑profit organizations that:
- operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany
- have legal entity status
- conduct social, charitable, educational, cultural, or sports activities
